Firstly I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit my page I hope what you find here will be interesting and of some help to you. I am mainly writing this blog to document my weight loss journey and in some ways to help keep me motivated and accountable. I will be writing my thoughts and feelings, my food an exercise diary and also trying out different hints and tips I have been picking up along the way.
I did actually start this journey on the 1st of January 2019 and I have lost 1st 6lb so far but I still have a long way to go. As I am into losing my second stone things have slowed down a little which can feel a little discouraging so I wanted to find a new way of keeping on track and motivated. So I am hoping that by writing this blog and laying it all bare warts and all I can make this the last time I have to start a weight loss journey again.
