Cardio: 30 mins Pedal Biking

Strength: 1 min of squats, 1 min of box squats, 1 min of wall push-ups, 1 plank, 3 sets of 12 sit ups, 3 sets of 12 leg raises, 3 sets of 10 ab crunches.
